Floral Sympathy Card

Hello, everyone!  As you know, this is not my favorite type of card to make but a necessity.   This Hero Arts With Sympathy set is the one I reach for whenever I need a sympathy card.  I also tried the no line coloring technique by stamping the flowers in a light color.
Floral Sympathy card using Hero Arts With Sympathy set
First, I layered the card based with an embossed cardstock made with Paper Studio embossing folder.  Then I die cut two circles, one in black and one in white.  I used my scissors to cut a little off the white since I want only a little bit of the black to show.
After I stamped the flowers and color them in with my Copic, I used my foam adhesive to place it onto the black die cut.  I stamped the sentiment and layer the cardstock with gray cardstock before placing it onto the card base.  Finally, I added the floral element to the card to finish the card.

The Most Beautiful Day

Hello, everyone!  I absolutely love Altenew's Peony Bouquet and Beautiful Day stamp sets so it was natural to combine the two.  These two sets are just so well made and a "must have" if you love flowers like I do.
First, I layered a black cardstock with a stitched rectangle die cut.  Then I layered the scalloped oval frame die cut multiple times to give it dimension.  I used the frame as a guide first to determine where to stamp the sentiment.  After I stamped the sentiment I glued on the frame.
I stamped the flowers and leaves and fussy cut them all out before placing them onto the oval frame.  I glue some Pretty Pink Posh sparkling sequins to finish the card.
