Wedding Card

Hello, everyone!  I haven't been to a wedding in ages, but it is definitely a sign of my age when my niece is getting married.  I can easily flash back to when she was just a little girl.  Time flies, for sure.  Anyway, I made a spare wedding card since who knows is next.  ;-)
This wedding card on Silhouette Online Design store was exactly when I was looking for and fun to put together.  It was fun to decorate and use up some of my gems that I have been hoarding.  I die cut the sentiment from Hero Arts Stamp and Cut in gold mirror cardstock
For her dress, I stamped with MFT Garden Flourish background stamp to give it some texture using Versamark ink.
For the dress below, I use the Wink of Stella pen to give it some shine.

Watercolor Critters

Hello, everyone!  With the end of school year and summer approaching, there has been non-stop activities here.  However, I have been making cards but I just don't have the time to blog about them.  I made this card for my son when he went to Nature's classroom.  He loved it and had a blast there too.
I kept this card simple and watercolor the images from Lawn Fawn Critters In the Forest after stamping and masking the images.
I added the googly eyes to the owl and the speech bubble from Simon Says Stamp Happy Days set.

Floral Thank You

Hello, everyone!  Sorry that I have not post in awhile, life have been keeping me busy and throwing me some curve balls too.  Anyway, I am still enamored with Altenew Peony Bouquet and love it with My Favorite Things Watercolor Sentiment set.  These two sets make it easy to mass produced thank you cards.
First, I used Distress ink on a stitched rectangle die cut before stamping the sentiment and layering it onto a white cardbase.  Then I stamped all the layers for the flowers and leaves before cutting them out.  I arranged all the flowers and leaves and adhered them all down.
I finished the card with some Pretty Pink Posh sparkling sequins.
I changed up the colors of the flowers and love the way they all look.

The card below was what I created at first but decided that I like the blue background more.
It is still beautiful but the others spoke to me.

Thanks for stopping by.  Happy crafting!
